Taxation
Kenya requires that all businesses providing taxable supplies above the mandatory threshold of KSH. 5,000,000 are required to register with Kenya Revenue Authority(KRA) and starts charging VAT @ 16% from their customers, which after adjusting with input tax is required to be paid to KRA via monthly filing of VAT returns.

The mandatory registration and monthly returns created a need for professional and experienced tax agents and consultants who can be trusted by businesses to take charge of their overall tax matters touching on registration, returns filing, applications for refunds, application for waivers and filing of voluntary disclosures for the following taxes but not limited:
-
Value Added Tax (VAT)
-
Pay As You Earn (PAYE)
-
Income Tax
-
Turnover Tax
-
Minimum Tax
-
Withholding Taxes
-
Standard Levy
-
Tax Invoice Management System (TIMS)
